Dear Moms and Dads

The KPS PTF is organizing a Mountain Bike Challenge for the morning of the 13^th March 2010 to be held down the road from KPS at the Waterfall Country Lifestyle Estate. I have attached a brief with further information on the event. A more formal and detailed flyer and entry form will follow shortly.

Given the logistics of such an event, we will require the assistance and participation of a number of able and willing Moms and Dads and/or other family members. We would really appreciate help in the following areas:

1.                Sponsorship or donation of event prizes (6 prizes required) or items for the registration 'goodie bags'. We are anticipating approximately 200 - 250 entries.

2.                Pre-registration admin and packing of goodie bags on Thursday 11^th March 2010 - venue and time TBC

3.                Pre-Registration Session on Friday 12^th March 2010 - manning of registration desk and handing out of 'goodie bags' to entrants - venue and time TBC

4.                On the Day - course marshals, man the finish line and record winning places, hand out medals, set up. We will need help from about 7.30am and the event should be over by 10.30am latest.
